- Do reps need their own App Store subscription?
- No. A seat gives a member the full app. If a rep already pays for Anchovy personally, they can cancel that subscription in their Apple settings once they've joined.
- Who owns the data?
- Records a rep creates while they're a member belong to the organization and are returned to it when they leave. Anything they had before joining stays theirs. Reps confirm this when they accept an invitation.
- What can managers see?
- While someone is a member, the managers of their team and the org admins can see the clients, realtors, templates, documents, and activity in their account.
- How do invitations work?
- Invite by email from the console. When that person signs into Anchovy with the same verified address, they're asked to join. No links to click.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from Billing in the team console. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
