Support

We're here. Let's fix it.

If something isn't working the way it should, we want to know. Every report makes Anchovy better, not just for you, but for every sales consultant using it.

A note from the developer. I'm a new home sales rep, just like you. I built Anchovy because I couldn't find a tool that fit the way we work. It's a passion project, not a big company, so when something breaks or falls short, I take it personally. Please reach out. Your feedback shapes what gets built next.

Quick answers

No. The AI that writes your emails, texts, and captions runs in the cloud, so it works on any iPhone that can run Anchovy. There's no special chip or setting to turn on.

You just need to be signed in and connected to the internet when you tap a generate or rewrite button.

Because the AI runs in the cloud, it needs a few things in place:

  • Internet, check that you're on Wi-Fi or cell data
  • Signed in, the AI needs your account; try signing out and back in from Settings
  • Active trial or subscription, if your trial has ended, start a subscription to keep using it

If it still won't work, send us a note below and tell us what you tapped and what happened.

Yes. Anchovy runs on your Mac, so you can call or text a buyer without picking up your phone. The call and text go through your iPhone, and each one is saved to the right contact on its own.

For this to work, your Mac and iPhone need to be signed in to the same Apple account with Wi-Fi Calling and text message forwarding turned on in your iPhone settings.

Yes. The twelve stages are a starting set. You can rename them, put them in a new order, or rebuild the whole list so it matches how your company builds and sells.

Every email and text is a template you can edit. You can change the wording, pick the stage that sends it, or build your own from scratch.

Yes. If you've already built an email in another tool, paste in the HTML and Anchovy sends it just the way you made it, with your sign-off and brand in place.

Sending straight from the app (Anchovy Mail) needs an active trial or subscription, and you need to be signed in. If you're not, Anchovy opens your iOS Mail app with the message ready instead.

If you're signed in and it still won't send, try signing out and back in from Settings to refresh your account, then try again.

Open the Studio tab, tap Social, then tap the LinkedIn card. You'll see a Connect Account option. Tap it and sign in with LinkedIn in the browser that opens.

Once connected, a Post button shows up on LinkedIn cards and your posts go straight to your feed without leaving Anchovy.

Yes. Sign in with the same account on each device and your clients, pipeline, templates, and settings sync on their own through the cloud. Just make sure you're online the first time you sign in on a new device.

Your data is tied to your account and only you can see it, unless you're on a team, where your manager can see the records you create for the company. We don't sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Anchovy is billed through the App Store, so you cancel through Apple:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
  3. Find Anchovy and tap it
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

If you were signed in, your data is safe in the cloud. Sign out and back in from Settings to pull it down again.

If that doesn't bring it back, contact us right away. We take data seriously and will do everything we can to help you recover your records.
